High-quality aluminum, space gray anodized
All of our flashlights are made of highly stable aluminum, which is anodized in gray, Suprabeam's brand color. Aluminum offers many advantages: Our flashlight is robust and durable and can withstand a lot. The aluminum housing also acts as a heat sink, ensuring proper cooling of the LED bulbs.

The Q3classic has protection class IP68
No matter what the weather, the Q3classic is your loyal companion.
The Q3classic is IP68 rated, which means that it will still function perfectly even after being submerged into a maximum of 2 meters of water. All you need to remember is that the switch must be screwed past the rubber gasket, to make sure that the torch is sealed.
IP (International Protection) protection class
The first number stands for the protection class against foreign bodies (e.g. dust) and the second number stands for the protection against water ingress. The first number “6” for the Q3classic means that it is protected from dust. And the second digit “8” indicates that the product is protected from full, continuous immersion in water.
